Q. Why I can only get a maximum score of 1 point per activity?
A. We are using an all or nothing scoring system. You don’t get points for coming close. You have to successfully complete the task to earn your point.

Q. Can I wait until the end of the week to update my daily tracking form?
A. It’s not recommended to skip days on your daily tracking form. The daily tracking from is used to measure how well you are doing each and every day.

Q. If I have a question how can I reach the trainer Yohnnie Shambourger?
A. You can always contact Yohnnie Shambourger using the” Contact Us” option at the top of each page.

Q. Can I exercise more than 30 minutes?
A. Yes, you can exercise longer. For those who can exercise longer you will see faster results.

Q. Why should I follow the workout video?
A. The videos are design to increase your strength and endurance. Your body will burn fat and lose inches. Use the Workout video for your fitness level 3 days a week.

Q. Can I mix in my own fitness routine too?
A. Yes. You select additional activities from the “Moderate/vigorous activity” section.

Q. How do I get started?
A. Follow these steps:

  1. Complete and submit Online Registration for your group
  2. Update daily your online Tracking Form
  3. Update weekly your online Profile Form
  4. Measure your waist (follow direction on website)
  5. Wear your pedometer everyday
  6. Each day you will keep track of your servings of fruits and vegetables, minutes of physical activity, steps taken, and water consumed.
